Purchase and return information
Orders are arranged individually via WhatsApp or email and become binding only once all the required information has been provided and you have expressly confirmed an order subject to payment.
How an order works
- Send us an enquiry via WhatsApp or email with the items, sizes, colours and quantities you'd like.
- We check availability and delivery options and send you a summary listing the items, the total price including tax, shipping costs, payment method and estimated delivery time, along with our terms and conditions and withdrawal information.
- Only when you expressly confirm this summary as an order subject to payment do you submit a binding offer.
- The contract is concluded when Boutique LIMAA expressly accepts your order or sends an order confirmation.
- Once payment has been received, the goods are shipped or made ready for collection as agreed.
Prices and payment
All prices quoted to consumers are total prices, including the applicable value-added tax. Shipping and any additional costs are shown separately before you place a binding order. Accepted payment method: bank transfer (in advance). Where collection has been agreed, the payment terms stated in the offer apply.
Delivery and collection
We generally deliver to the countries confirmed by LIMAA in your individual offer. Any delivery restrictions, shipping costs and the estimated delivery time are communicated before you order. For deliveries outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees may apply; these are not included in the LIMAA price and must be paid by the recipient.
For collection, we will let you know as soon as your order is ready. Please collect it within the period we agree.
We do not apply flat-rate shipping tariffs: shipping costs, delivery countries and the estimated delivery time are confirmed individually for each order — normally as part of the WhatsApp or e-mail order — and communicated to you before the contract is concluded. An order is only formed once you have been told the total price including shipping and have confirmed it.
Statutory right of withdrawal in distance selling
As a consumer, you can generally withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Details and exceptions can be found in our withdrawal policy. The direct cost of return is borne by the customer. Returns should be sent to Boutique LIMAA, Erzherzog-Rainer-Ring 3, 2500 Baden, Austria.
Returns in the shop
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts. For non-defective goods bought in store, there is no statutory right of exchange or return. Any voluntary goodwill exchange applies only where LIMAA expressly agrees to it on a case-by-case basis. Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects always remain unaffected.
